About our Pastor

Pastor Debra McPeak is the youngest daughter of the late Rev. Albert Wingate and wife Doris, founders of the Vanceboro Church of God, presently known as Passion Church of God. Upon completion of the Church of God Ministerial Internship Program, Pastor Debra received her Ministerial License in 1988 and her Ordination License in 2009. She holds a Certified Teachers Certificate and is a Certified Church of God Chaplain.

Pastor Debra has been in full-time ministry since 1986. She served as an Evangelist and conference speaker in various states for seven years, an Associate Pastor for six years, and as a Lead Pastor for 20 years. Together with her late husband, Elwood, they founded The Revival Outreach Center in Pulaski, VA, and then returned to Vanceboro in 2010.

Pastor Debra serves with a heart to please God, and a love for His people. She has labored to help restore the church and lead it through discipleship into the future God has for Passion Church.
